Prof Philips is the Clinical Director for Nephrology and Transplantation at UHW. His research interests and outputs are numerous, but his current focus is Acute kidney injury. Prof Phillips is the clinical lead for the Welsh assembly government commissioned National AKI group, which has created a number of clinical project opportunities for our trainees that have led to impressive publications!
